At Friend Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Damaged Products: If your toy arrives damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement. Video proof of package opening is required to verify the damage occurred during shipping

Refund Process

  • We accept full refunds for eligible returns
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned product
  • Refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product arrived damaged due to our packaging, we'll provide return shipping instructions at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that show signs of use or damage from mishandling
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago

Quality Guarantee
